TD&CO SWITZERLAND warrants that all its products purchased through an authorized distribution channel, such as a TD&CO E-Store, an authorized multi-brand seller, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase.
JEWEL PROTECTION
The action of water, moisture, heat and sweat accelerates the oxidation process of the piece of jewellery, which should therefore never be worn in hazardous situations (e.g. when bathing, swimming, in the sauna or while practising a sport). Do not expose jewellery to make-up, creams, hairsprays, perfumes and household chemicals as they may also accelerate the oxidation process. A good rule of thumb is to ensure that the jewel is the last thing you wear in the morning and the first thing you take off in the evening.
TD&CO ROSE GOLD CLEANING
TD&CO SWITZERLAND Rose Gold products deserve special care and maintenance, so it is important,
to follow these recommendations carefully.
Always keep the product light by rubbing it with a white polishing cloth.
Clean with a soft bristle brush and a solution of lukewarm water and neutral soap.
Rinse with clear water and dry with a soft, dry cloth. In case of stubborn dirt, soak the product in soapy water and let it work for approx. 10 minutes.
Do not use solvents, special cleaning agents for silver cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning.
Do not place jewellery on chemical agents and do not wear them when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with make-up, creams, perfumes and lotions. Avoid contact with abrasive or rough surfaces that may damage the product.
